The forging plant in Meksan is one of the best equipped pressing, assembling and welding factories in the region, using high quality moulds which shape and press metal sheets. Its highly skilled workers, practical engineers and commercial experts guarantee and upgrade the quality standard of its production.

The metal parts are formed by means of modern eccentric-presses and assembled by using oxy-aceytelene, MIG/MAG shielded arc, projection, and spot welding machines.

Meksan cooperates with other realible sub-suppliers in the region.We outsource coating in order to press, weld and assemble automotive and tractor components.

Assembling Line

	In the press parts production unit, various parts are assembled by using shielded arc and spot welding methods. In addition, it has the capability of producing many other sorts of industrial products, which are mounted by welding construction. Also the assembly product unit can assemble parts which can then be delivered directly to customers.

Fittings Production Line

Meksan, which takes its place in the first row of Turkey’s fitting producers, realises its production with modern production lines. Also realizes radiator parts production in addition to fittings, including garnitures through its flexible production program.
